Founded in 1997, Zhuanghe Lantian Precision Foundry Co.,Ltd. is located in Zhuanghe Economic & Technical Development Zone, lying at the traffic hub between Zhuanghe Harbor, Zhuanghe Railway Station and Bus Station, to the north of Zhuanghe Middle School and the west of Zhuanghe Automobile Testing Service Center, enjoying an advantaged geographic position.
Zhuanghe Lantian Precision Foundry Co.,Ltd. is a private joint stock company specializing in production of marine machinery, automobile, gas engine, agricultural machinery and other industrial precision castings. Today, it has a total staff of 300, including 35 engineering technicians and 30 managers. The company, covering a floor area of 12,000sq.m and building area of 5,000sq.m, has a total capital of RMB30 million Yuan and an annual capacity of 5,000t. The company can produce carbon steel, low alloyed steel and stainless steel etc, and the weight of single piece ranges between 0.05kg to 80kg.

Our products, which are mainly exported abroad, include: container locks , exported to the U.S.A, Germany, Japan, Norway, Holand and Korea etc; vehicle fittings , exported to the U.S.A and Holand; agricultural machinery and stainless steel , exported to the U.S.A; and valves , exported to Japan and the U.S.A. The products sold domestically are mainly the engine shock-absorbing fittings which are specially produced for China First Auto Works--Dalian Anda Vehicle Fittings Co.,Ltd.

The company has many advanced equipments, including 2 sets of wax injectors, 4 sets of paint blenders, 2 sets of Q3110 roller shot-blasting machines, 1 set of Q378D overhead-rail shot-blasting machine, 2 sets of chain shot-blasting machines, 4 sets of rotary sanders, 2 sets of manual sand-blasting machines, 2 sets of welding transformers (BX3 — 510), 3 sets of DC welders, 2 sets of 0.5t medium-frequency induction furnaces, 4 sets of box resistance furnaces, 5 sets of coal-burning calcining kilns, 2 sets of 0.5t steam boilers, 1 set of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection machine, 2 sets of universal radial milling machines, 1 set of hydraulic press, 1 set of press tester, 2 sets of radial drilling machines, 10 sets of conventional lathes, 2 sets of sawing machines, 2 sets of hacksawing machines, 1 set of air compressor, 1 set of detector, 2 sets of linear cutting machines, 1 set of F-20 direct-reading spectrometer, 1 set of NC lathe, etc. Transport vehicles include 2 large trucks, 1 small truck, 2 official cars and 1 BUICK commercial car.

The company has complete testing and analyzing equipments. As the testing of chemical components is concerned, we have introduced F-20 direct-reading spectrometer from Italy which can analyze C 、 Si 、 Mn 、 P 、 S 、 Ni 、 Cr 、 Mo, V, Ti, Al, Cu, Mg, Ce, Nb, B, W; as the testing of physical performance is concerned, we can conduct the tensile test, impact test, hardness test and metallographic analysis, etc. Meanwhile, we can also deal with the magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and pigmentation examination to castings, as well as processing various kinds of castings and moulds in the machining workshop.

The company produces various kinds of precision castings strictly in accordance with the state standard and industry standard, qualified with the unique production license in China issued by Germanischer Lloyd. In January 2003, the company successfully got the certificate of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Control System, and we strictly practiced the quality control system in all production links from the raw materials inspection, production control to the final products examination. In November 2003, the company was approved by the Supplier's Quality Audit of American CNH Company and awarded as the Preferential Grade. It was titled as one of the Top Ten Enterprises in Zhuanghe Development Zone and Advanced Tax Payer in Zhuanghe City from 2001 to 2004 successively.
